Registration Information
After the student has been accepted, the following items must be verified before the student can register:-
Business Office Clearance
- Health Record Clearance (please see the Health & Immunization Certificate Requirements)

Social Security Number

Placement Test / Entrance Exam: TOEFL Test (for International Students only)

Release of Student Records Form (Only to be filled out by incoming freshmen who have attended the Seventh-day Adventist K-8 schools in Hawaii.)
For school record identification, employment purposes and ease of completing many reports and forms, students are required to obtain a Social Security Number before the school year begins. No students may work on campus without a Social Security Number.
Forms to apply for a Social Security number are available at the Social Security office in the Honolulu Federal Building.
